Each cheesecake is freshly baked to order.
For the best flavor and texture, our cheesecakes require at least 12 hours of refrigeration after baking.
⏰ All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of your desired delivery date.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or incorrect information is detected.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
Delivery options are available at checkout.
Pickup is not currently offered.
Customers may select a preferred delivery window at checkout:
Exact delivery time within the selected window will be confirmed by Kult Sugar one day prior, based on route availability.
⚠️ Our cheesecakes are perishable and must be received in person.
Please ensure that someone is available during the confirmed delivery window.
If no one is available at the confirmed time, delivery may need to be rescheduled and may incur an additional fee.
We are not responsible for products left unattended after delivery.

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive the wrong flavor or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
