At Kult Sugar, every cheesecake is hand-delivered to ensure it arrives in perfect condition — fresh, smooth, and at the ideal temperature.
We currently offer local delivery across Naperville and the greater Chicago area.

Zone 1 — Naperville & South-West Suburbs

✓ Complimentary Delivery (FREE)

Delivery Days: Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

Areas: Naperville, Aurora, Lisle, Bolingbrook, Woodridge, Downers Grove, Wheaton, Warrenville, Glen Ellyn, Plainfield, Oswego, North Aurora, Darien, Romeoville.

Zone 2 — Chicago & Near-West Suburbs

                ✓ Free delivery for orders over $80

                ✓ $10 flat fee for orders under $80

Delivery Days: Saturday

Areas: Chicago (downtown & west side), Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Elmhurst, Lombard, Westmont, Clarendon Hills, Western Springs, Burr Ridge, La Grange, Brookfield, Riverside, Countryside, Villa Park, Willowbrook, Addison.

Zone 3 — North-West Suburbs

                ✓ Free delivery for orders over $80

                ✓ $10 flat fee for orders under $80

Delivery Days: Saturday

Areas: Schaumburg, Palatine, Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, Buffalo Grove, Wheeling, Elk Grove Village, Rolling Meadows, Barrington, Hoffman Estates, Des Plaines, Prospect Heights.

Delivery Time Windows

Customers may choose one of the following time windows at checkout:

10 AM – 1 PM
1 PM – 4 PM
4 PM – 6 PM

The exact delivery time within your selected window will be confirmed by Kult Sugar one day prior, based on route availability.

Deliveries within Naperville and nearby suburbs are generally completed between 10 AM and 6 PM.

Deliveries to Chicago and extended suburbs are completed on Saturdays within the selected time window.

⚠️ Because our cheesecakes are perishable, they must be received in person. If no one is available at the confirmed time, delivery will need to be rescheduled and may be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive the wrong flavor or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours — we'll make it right.

Delivery Terms

Deliveries are available only within the areas listed above.

Orders outside these zones are subject to confirmation based on route, accessibility, and schedule availability.

Kult Sugar reserves the right to decline delivery to locations deemed unsafe or logistically inaccessible.
