At Kult Sugar, every cheesecake is hand-delivered to ensure it arrives in perfect condition — fresh, smooth, and at the ideal temperature.
We currently offer local delivery across Naperville and the greater Chicago area.

Local Delivery

Kult Sugar currently offers local delivery across Naperville, Chicago, and select surrounding suburbs on designated delivery days.

Regular delivery days: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Delivery availability, zones, and applicable fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the customer’s ZIP code.

For custom, large, or special occasion orders, alternative delivery dates may be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to discuss individual scheduling options.

Zone 1 — Naperville & South-West Suburbs

            ✓ Free delivery for orders over $90

            ✓ $5 flat fee for orders under $90

Delivery Days: Wednesday, Saturday

Areas: Naperville, Aurora, Bolingbrook, Lisle, Warrenville, Woodridge, Montgomery, Oswego, Batavia, Sugar Grove, Plainfield.

Zone 2 — Western & Southern Suburbs

            ✓ Free delivery for orders over $90

            ✓ $7 flat fee for orders under $90

Delivery Days: Wednesday, Saturday

Areas: Downers Grove, Romeoville, West Chicago, Darien, Glen Ellyn, Brookfield, Riverside, Burr Ridge, Countryside, Westmont.

Zone 3 — Western Suburbs & DuPage County

            ✓ Free delivery for orders over $90

            ✓ $8 flat fee for orders under $90

Delivery Days: Saturday

Areas: Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Western Springs, La Grange, Wheaton, Lombard, Elmhurst, Oakbrook Terrace, Villa Park, Addison, Bloomingdale.

Zone 4 — Chicago & Near North Suburbs

            ✓ Free delivery for orders over $90

            ✓ $10 flat fee for orders under $90

Delivery Days: Saturday

Areas: Chicago, River Forest, Park Ridge, Des Plaines, Morton Grove, Lincolnwood, Skokie.

Zone 5 — North Shore & Northern Suburbs

            ✓ Free delivery for orders over $90

            ✓ $10 flat fee for orders under $90

Delivery Days: Friday

Areas: Wilmette, Winnetka, Glenview, Northbrook, Deerfield, Highland Park, Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Barrington, Geneva, St. Charles, Evanston.

Delivery Time Windows

Customers may select one of the following preferred delivery windows at checkout:

10 AM – 1 PM
1 PM – 4 PM

The exact delivery time within the selected window will be confirmed by Kult Sugar prior to delivery, based on route planning and availability.

Receiving Your Order

Because our cheesecakes are perishable and require proper temperature control, all deliveries must be received in person.

If no one is available at the confirmed delivery time, the order may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Kult Sugar is not responsible for product quality once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive the wrong flavor or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours — we'll make it right.

Delivery Terms

Deliveries are available only within the areas listed above.

Orders outside these zones are subject to confirmation based on route, accessibility, and schedule availability.

Kult Sugar reserves the right to decline delivery to locations deemed unsafe or logistically inaccessible.
